 UK SHIPPING - Mainland 

We offer a professional delivery service covering all of mainland UK using our trusted network of couriers who will safely deliver your purchased items to your property. Delivery lead time on our Made By Us furniture is usually around 6 weeks from placing your order but can take up to 8 depending on current workloads. we will always send delivery notifications with schedule in advance and our couriers will also send notifications of day and 3 hour time slot for arrival.

 

When making a purchase select your delivery area from the options in checkout.

UK Delivery options & prices - 

England - £39.00

Wales - £55.00

Scotland - £69.00

Northern Ireland - £150

If you can't find your delivery area in the checkout options ie your in an offshore UK area, please email us your postcode and we will deal with your shipping separately.

Deliveries are always two man deliveries and are to ground floor as standard pricing, customers are advised to consider access to the property prior to purchasing large items, any special requirements or instructions must be declared to us within 3 days of making a purchase. 

Arranged collections either by you or your own courier service are also more than welcome, if you opt for collection in the checkout please contact us after purchasing your item to arrange your collection with us, please note we require at least 24 hrs notice of collection.

 

Europe - 

We deliver to many European countries using our trusted shipping & freight partners, shipping options and prices are in the shipping section of checkout, simply select your country from the options when making a purchase. European deliveries are usually made within 3 weeks of purchase and we will keep you up to date by email throughout the delivery process. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and custom fees applicable.

Countries we deliver to in Europe are -

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands and Spain.

 

United States - 

We deliver our antique furniture throughout the United States using our trusted logistics partners, if your thinking of making a purchase from us, please email prior so we can provide you with a quote for the shipping, once the shipping quote has been accepted please make your purchase online and select the "Shipping Accepted" in the shipping section of checkout. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and custom fees applicable.

 

 

 

RETURNS

The most import thing to us at Bayliss Vintage is that our customers have absolute confidence when purchasing from us, we are happy to offer a 14 day returns policy which means, if required, you have ample time from when your item is delivered to you, to return it back to us at the below address, once received we will check the item in at our warehouse and provide you with a full refund minus the original delivery cost, customers are responsible for the cost of the return itself.
